Order Tracking

Q: My tracking number is not working?

Ans: While most orders come with tracking numbers, there may be exceptions. If your order does not have a tracking number or if the tracking information is not updating, please reach out to us at ridegalleryx@gmail.com. Our customer support team will assist you in tracking your order and provide any necessary updates.

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped out?

Ans: We understand the importance of keeping you informed about your order status. Once your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address and the phone number provided during checkout. This email will include your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

Q: The tracking site says "delivered" but I haven't received my package yet.

Ans: Sometimes postal tracking services mark an order as delivered when it reaches your local post office, even if it hasn't been delivered to your address yet. Please wait a few more days for your postal service to deliver the package to your home, or contact your local post office as they may be holding the item for you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Ans: Sorry, we currently only deliver within India.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship out?

Ans: All items undergo a handling period before dispatch. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We'll notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Q: My order did not arrive on time, what should I do?

Q: How long does shipping take?

Ans: Standard Shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch during peak periods.

Q: How is the package being delivered?

Ans: The method of delivery may vary depending on factors such as your location and the size of the package. While smaller items may be delivered to your mailbox or porch, larger packages may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If you have specific delivery preferences or instructions, please include them in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

Returns & Refunds

Q: What if I receive a damaged/faulty product?

Ans: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us photographic or video proof of the damage within 24 hours. We'll promptly send you a replacement item free of charge.

Q: Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issues with the product?

Our simple 5-day return and refund policy allow you to return the product within five days of receipt for a refund or exchange. After Purchase

Q: I've entered the wrong shipping address/chose the wrong variant! Can I change it?

Q: How do I cancel my order?
